4. Pricing & Payments

If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we only accept returns if:

  • The item is unused

  • The lace has not been cut

  • The hair has not been installed, washed, brushed, or altered

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, used wigs, bundles, or hair products cannot be returned.

HaircraftCo reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
