Thank you for shopping with HaircraftCo. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, launches), processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders (if applicable): 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

From time to time, HaircraftCo may offer free shipping promotions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel using the provided tracking details.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.

HaircraftCo is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailability at the provided address

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.


6. Delivery Delays

HaircraftCo is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We will, however, assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.


7. Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, HaircraftCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update so we can assist in opening a courier investigation.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


9. International Customs & Duties (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

HaircraftCo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
