1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns if:

The product is unused and in its original packaging

The lace of wigs has not been cut

Hair has not been installed, washed, brushed, or altered

A return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Please note: For hygiene reasons, used wigs, bundles, or hair care products cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return

Wait for our approval. Returns are not valid without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via Email or WhatsApp regarding approval or rejection.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return and new purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping the original product back to HaircraftCo and placing a new order.
